4. Does Litmus Solutions provide the training on the platform?
We have a comprehensive market leading approach to training clients. We understand engagement and support at project infancy will set the course for success in the future. Litmus offers onsite training with our clients and one on one super user training. This approach is supplemented with online tutorials and web portal access. Each client’s designated Account Manager will be the main contact for the implementation, training and operational phases.
5. What is involved in the scoping phase?
Our experienced team will be onsite with clients to gain full understanding of the current “pain points” of your hospital or health facility. Working in partnership with our clients we provide various options on work force planning best practice, from a process perspective and also a technology standpoint. Our focus is on transparency and keeping key decision makers and operational staff involved in each major milestone throughout the scoping phase.
6. How long does it take to scope, build and implement the Litmus platform?
This depends on the size of the organisation; the number of facilities and location. On average the process will take six weeks. This process is a true partnership with our valued clients, as such we work to tight timeframes and implement open channels of communication to ensure each and every milestone is completed on time.
