We will underpin our people-led solutions with your technology of choice, be that an existing or preferred e-rostering system, or Litmus’s proven Staff Bank and Direct Engagement-enabled Vendor Management System (VMS).
Our teams have specialist training on a wide range of rostering and staffing systems and apps. We’re accustomed to wrapping our people and processes around third-party systems, particularly in NHS settings. We’re also experienced at implementing collaborative technology solutions, where apps and systems are needed to harmonize rates across linked regional organisations or services.
Where something doesn’t exist, or a bespoke configuration is required, we can build bespoke APIs and leverage our strategic partnership agreements with key healthcare technology suppliers.
