During this time his roles have varied in nature, from traditional recruitment consultant positions to international internal talent management and pen-ultimately as a Litmus customer, managing locum recruitment for Western NSW Local Health District.

With 20 years experience, Cathy brings a wealth of knowledge across Senior Leadership roles in large public and private organisations. In these roles, Cathy’s responsibilities involved Business Operations including; Organisational Change Management, Workforce Management, Finance and HR.
