Litmus at King’s Fund Leadership and Workforce Summit

Litmus is delighted to be attending and exhibiting at the King’s Fund’s annual workforce summit on 19 March 2024 in London.

This year the summit will focus on the profound challenges that the health and care workforce continues to face, with sessions exploring how the sector can improve recruitment, retention and the health and wellbeing of staff.

Keynote speakers include Dr Navina Evans, Chief Workforce Officer at NHS England, and Danny Mortimer, Chief Executive at NHS Employers.

We’ll be showcasing the latest results from our proven ‘people-led’ approach to managing NHS Staff Banks, which include record cost savings and valuable workforce resilience, all achieved amid rising demand for services.

Litmus also has a fast-growing reputation for the provision of high fill rates as a neutral staffing vendor, and we will be championing the benefits of RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) as a route for the NHS to grow substantive workforces.
